Blacklidge is seeking an OTR Truck Driver to load, transport, and deliver asphalt emulsions safely across the Greer, SC area and beyond. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Tanker endorsement required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred or ability to obtain.
• TWIC card preferred or ability to obtain.
• Commercial driving experience preferred.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Ability to safely operate tractor-trailer combinations under varying road and weather conditions.
• Ability to safely handle and transport liquid asphalt products.
• Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport asphalt emulsions and related products throughout the assigned service area.
• Load, unload, and transfer liquid asphalt products using approved operating procedures.
• Complete deliveries accurately, safely, and on schedule while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain regular communication with Dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, and operational issues.
• Complete bills of lading, delivery tickets, inspection reports, and other required transportation documentation accurately and timely.
