Job summary

Colours, Inc. is seeking a Class A CDL Driver with HazMat endorsement for OTR trunk runs, sleeper cab operation, and nights away from home. You will transport automotive paints, coatings and related supplies between company locations, focusing on accuracy, safety, and compliance.

You will handle loading/unloading, use forklifts and pallet jacks, perform vehicle inspections, and comply with DOT rules. Three nights away per week, capable of lifting 50 lbs, and willingness to perform warehouse

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement.
Current and valid medical certification.
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and liftgates.
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Willingness to perform warehouse duties as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Operate a tractor-trailer with sleeper cab on over-the-road routes between company locations.
Load, secure, transport, and unload inventory safely and accurately.
Verify shipment accuracy before and after transport.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and liftgates as required.
Perform warehouse duties when not driving, including receiving and stocking.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct routine inspections.
Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Maintain delivery documentation accurately.
Lift and move products weighing 50 lbs or more as needed.
