Starting July 13, 2026, eligible drivers receive Guaranteed Pay Plus+ with a minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving. Pay range is 0.43–0.58 per mile with full company benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder, or within 5 years if non-CDL-A holder.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years and compliant driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR routes coast-to-coast with varied load options.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety policies.
• Maintain logs and coordinate with dispatch; participate in preventive maintenance as needed.
