Top 25% at the Laredo terminal average $1300 weekly. Guaranteed pay plus starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Weekly paychecks and great benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A license.
• DOT medical card and drug test pass required.
• Clean driving record per company policy.
