You’ll be out 18 days and home 5 days, with pay of $0.65–$0.70 per mile and a $1,730–$1,900 weekly average. Hazmat can boost pay; modern tractors and comfortable sleepers support long runs.

Requirements include a Class A CDL, 8+ months of tractor-trailer experience (6 with teaming), and a clean safety record. DOT physical, drug screen and HPE are required.
