Job summary

R&R Solutions in Gravette, AR is seeking full-time CDL-A OTR drivers to transport freight and special project loads across long-distance routes. Expect 2,500+ dispatched miles weekly and home time every two weeks with a flexible schedule.

You’ll drive late-model tractors, with a base pay of $0.48–$0.54 per mile, plus up to $0.07 CPM extra and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO after one year.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with at least 2 years of verifiable OTR experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Clean MVR and knowledge of DOT road safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report issues promptly, and maintain delivery updates with dispatch.
