Job summary

KAG Specialty Products is hiring CDL-A OTR drivers who want to stay out, run hard, and earn BIG. If you’re willing to stay “in system” for at least 14 consecutive days, this is one of the highest‑earning mileage packages in the industry.

Pay package includes $1.00 per loaded mile and $0.46 per mile empty, with an estimated 120,000 miles per year and an estimated W‑2 of $110,000+. What you get includes 5 vacation days in Year 1, 10 after 2 years, paid orientation and safety incentives,

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience required.
• TWIC and Hazmat endorsement required.
• Passport optional but a plus.
• Must be willing to stay out 14+ consecutive days.
• Willing to run anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR routes across the United States.
• Maintain safety and compliance while delivering freight.
• Adhere to company policies and schedules.
