Job summary

Cowan Systems is hiring a CDL-A OTR Truck Driver for long-haul routes out of Michigan. Earn weekly pay of $1,500–$1,900 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and new pay increases based on miles and lane deliveries.

You’ll haul 100% no-touch freight to consistent customers, with 2,500–3,000 miles per week typical, home weekly for resets, and a focus on safety and reliability. Benefits include health/dental/vision after 60 days, 401(k) match, and paid orientation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license and have nine months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years.
• Experience with Dry Van, Reefer, Container, Flatbed and/or Tanker is preferred.
• OTR trucking with long-haul assignments and consistent home time expectations.

Responsibilities

• Operate long-haul routes across designated lanes.
• Deliver 100% no-touch freight to dedicated customers.
