Trucking Talent Solutions is seeking OTR CDL-A company drivers to haul Dry Van, Reefer or Flatbed cargo. Expect about 3,000 miles weekly with pay options of 0.75–0.80 CPM (Dry Van), 0.80–0.85 CPM (Reefer) and 0.85–0.90 CPM (Flatbed), or 30% of gross.

Home time varies: 3 weeks out / 3 days home; Florida and Western States get 4 weeks out. Benefits include detention, layover and extra stops pay, flatbed tarp pay, various bonuses, cash advances, and no forced dispatch.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license and clean MVR.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• OTR experience is preferred.
