Job summary

MML Alliance is seeking experienced Owner-Operators with a box truck for Over-the-Road (OTR) transport across the United States. This contractor position offers 88% of weekly gross revenue directly to the operator, flexible routes without forced dispatch, and weekly pay potential ranging from $5,500 to $8,000. Additional benefits include 24/7 support, paperwork management, and insurance coverage. A $1,000 bonus is available after 8 weeks of active driving. Orientation is mandatory before assignment of loads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an Owner-Operator.
• Experience operating a box truck for OTR.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR across all 48 states with flexibility in routes.
• Choose lanes without forced dispatch.
• Manage own earnings based on routes chosen and time on the road.
