MML Alliance is seeking experienced Owner-Operators to run Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across 48 states using box trucks. Our model offers 88% of weekly gross revenues directly to operators, flexible lane choices, and strong support without forced dispatch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience driving box trucks.
• Must be an independent contractor/owner-operator.
• Experience with Over-the-Road (OTR) operations is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR across 48 states with a box truck.
• Choose personal routes without forced dispatch.
• Maintain communication with dispatch for support.
