MML Alliance is looking for experienced Owner-Operators with a box truck for Over-the-Road (OTR) routes across the United States. As an independent contractor, you will choose your lanes and enjoy a profitable partnership with transparency and no forced dispatch.

We offer support for paperwork management, insurance, and compliance, alongside a competitive compensation structure that retains 12% of your weekly gross revenue. With a bonus of $1,000 after active driving for 8 weeks, you will also benefit from discounts on fuel cards and weekly direct deposits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Owner-Operator.
• Ability to manage paperwork and compliance.
• Must have a NON-CDL license.
