Job summary

MML Alliance is hiring experienced Owner-Operators with active authority (MC/DOT) and a box truck for Over-the-Road (OTR) driving across all 48 states. This contract position offers 91% of weekly gross revenue directly to the operator, with potential earnings of $5,000 – $7,000 weekly. Enjoy flexible home time, no forced dispatch, and comprehensive support including 24/7 dispatch and factoring services. Qualifying candidates will receive a $1,000 bonus after 8 weeks of active driving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Owner-Operator.
• Active MC/DOT authority required.
• Must have a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Run Over-the-Road (OTR) across 48 states.
• Choose your own lanes without forced dispatch.
• Complete mandatory orientation before loads are assigned.
