Job summary
Spencer Britt seeks an BE/BC Otolaryngologist with a focus on otology to join a collegial Erie practice. The role includes call responsibilities and collaboration with two board certified and one board eligible otolaryngologists, with opportunities to perform BAHA and cochlear implant procedures.
The candidate will diagnose ear disorders, participate in imaging and audiometric testing, and mentor residents in the ACGME program.
Qualifications
- Board-certified otolaryngologist (BE/BC).
- Interest in otology and cochlear implant procedures.
- Experience teaching residents in an ACGME program.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, including hearing loss and balance disorders.
- Perform otology procedures: tympanoplasty, stapedectomy, mastoidectomy, cochlear implants, BAHA.
- Conduct audiometric testing, vestibular assessments, and imaging.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring residents in the Otolaryngology residency program.
