Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a BC/BE Otolaryngologist for general ENT coverage in a community-based setting. The role is employed through Sentara Medical Group with a fixed call schedule of 1:5 and collaboration with an experienced ENT team.

• BC/BE Otolaryngologist (ABMS)
• Interest in practicing general ENT in a community-based setting
• Pediatrics to adult ENT coverage as needed

• Diagnose and treat the full spectrum of ENT conditions for patients from pediatrics to adults
• Lead an interdisciplinary team of caregivers at Sentara RMH Medical Center
• Provide care within a community hospital setting and participate in call rotation (1:5)

The base pay range for full-time employment is $330,990.40 - $529,152.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
