Opportunity

Employed position with Sentara Medical Group, a division of Sentara Health. Diagnose and treat full spectrum general ENT conditions, pediatrics to adult. Call Schedule: 1:5. Strong referral base, and physician marketing support to ramp up quickly.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Base Salary + wRVU Productivity Compensation + Quality Performance Incentive. Generous Sign-on/Commencement bonus. Annual CME allowance. Compensation Range

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full‑time employment is $330,990.40 - $529,152.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
