Responsibilities

Join a thriving surgical and medical Otolaryngology (ENT) practice serving Southwest Minnesota. Become part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing comprehensive patient care, including access to a full spectrum of audiology services.

Practice Highlights

Call Schedule
  • Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) provide first-call coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Physician call responsibilities are shared equally among providers.

Compensation Detail

The minimum starting salary range for surgical specialties may range from $307,250 to $843,000. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate may vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
