Eden Capital Careers is seeking an Otolaryngologist for a permanent, full-time role in La Grande, Oregon. The position features four 10-hour days, day shift, with relocation assistance provided and a competitive compensation package.

You will perform head and neck exams, diagnose ENT conditions, conduct surgeries, and collaborate with audiology and speech-language pathology teams in a rural hospital setting. A MD with otolaryngology residency and Oregon license is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Otolaryngology residency program.
• Current Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head and neck physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic ENT conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and thyroidectomies.
• Utilize endoscopes to visualize nasal passages and larynx.
• Manage hearing and balance disorders through medical or surgical interventions.
• Treat cancers of the head and neck, including salivary glands and vocal cords.
• Collaborate with audiologists and speech-language pathologists for integrated patient care.
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation in a rural setting.

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree

Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program

Current Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Otolaryngology

Compensation:

$700K - $750K+ per year

You’ll join a bread and butter practice with state-of-the-art equipment including microscopes, videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes, and in-office audiology at a growing Critical Access Hospital in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($700K-$750k+)
• $50K commencement bonus
