Mount Nittany Health Ear, Nose and Throat in central Pennsylvania is seeking a FT Otolaryngologist to join a busy, well-established practice. The physician will split duties: 0.5 FTE in State College and 2.0 FTE in Altoona, with a 1:4 call and a modern EPIC system to support IP/OP care.

The compensation package includes a $100k signing bonus, competitive base salary with wRVU incentives, CME allowance, paid malpractice, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible Otolaryngologist.
• FT commitment to a busy ENT practice.
• Experience in IP/OP care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IP/OP otolaryngology services at two sites.
• Maintain a 1:4 call schedule.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Otolaryngologist in central Pennsylvania!

Mount Nittany Health Ear, Nose and Throat is seeking a FT Otolaryngologist to join their busy, well-established practice. Located in State College, PA, Mount Nittany Medical Center is a 260-bed acute care facility that offers all of the luxuries of a college town-including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

The Position:

• IP/OP
• 2 Locations:
  • Mount Nittany Health Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) - State College, PA
    • Primary Location
    • .5 FTE physician, 1 PA-C, 1 CRNP and 3 Audiologists
    • Newly built in September 2024 with 12 exam rooms, 3 procedure rooms and 3 Audiology booths.
  • Mount Nittany Health Ear, Nose, & Throat - Altoona, PA
    • 2.0 FTE physicians and 2 PA-Cs
• 1:4 Call
• Equipment: Pentax, Karl Storz, Olympus
• EMR: Epic
• This position offers a high level of autonomy, allowing the physician's to customize their clinic schedule and patient template to best fit their workflow and preferences.
