Key responsibilities include performing surgeries at a new Ambulatory Surgery Center and medical centers, sharing a reasonable call schedule, and providing comprehensive ENT care. The position offers a production-based compensation model, with a guaranteed annual salary between $483,000 and $537,000, plus upside earning potential, up to $35,000 starting bonus, paid malpractice and tail insurance, and a two-year partnership track with a buy-in.
