Job summary

Lakelands ENT, affiliated with Self Regional Healthcare, is actively recruiting board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologists to grow a thriving practice in the Upstate of South Carolina. The plan is to expand to 5–6 physicians with APP support, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.

The practice currently staffs two full-time and one part-time ENT physicians, with in-house audiology, allergy, CT imaging, and four established offices including Greenwood, Abbeville, Newberry, and

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Otolaryngologists
• Long-term growth and sustainability plan with expansion to 5–6 physicians
• Affiliated with Self Regional Healthcare for resources and support

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum ENT care across adult and pediatric patients
• Collaborate with APPs to support patient care and clinic operations
• Contribute to recruitment and growth of Lakelands ENT network

Practice Snapshot:

• Currently staffed with two full-time and one part-time general ENT physicians
• Supported by two experienced APPs
• Full-spectrum ENT services, including in-house audiology, allergy, and CT imaging
• 2 audiologists and a hearing aid specialist
• Four well-established office locations: Greenwood, Abbeville, Newberry, and Laurens
• Enjoy a 4-day workweek with evenly split call
