Job summary

Smile Doctors, LLC in Centerville, OH is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician I to join our growing team. You will assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under close supervision of the Orthodontist, review patient charts, log data, and help with remote monitoring and patient education.

You will also prepare and sterilize equipment, adhere to infection-control policies, and maintain a positive, patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience preferred.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under close supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under close supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard and triage patient scans/messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and operatory per protocols.
