Essen Health Care's Division of Ophthalmology and Optometry is expanding, and we are looking for an optometrist with significant clinical experience to join our team of ophthalmologists and optometrists.

You will provide comprehensive eye care, perform routine exams, diagnose eye conditions, prescribe corrective lenses, educate patients on eye health, and work in state-of-the-art clinics with spacious testing and procedure rooms.

Qualifications

• OD degree or equivalent required.
• Active license to practice optometry in NY.
• CPR certification required and up-to-date.

Job Summary

Our optometrists are responsible for providing comprehensive eye care to patients and performing routine eye exams. This includes diagnosing and treating visual disorders, managing eye diseases, and prescribing corrective lenses. You will work closely with patients to assess their visual health, offer treatment options, and educate them on maintaining optimal eye health. Practice locations include newly built clinics with state-of-the-art equipment and spacious lanes with separate testing and procedure rooms a rare find in New York City!
