IVX Health is seeking a Float Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide direct patient care in outpatient infusion settings across Bellaire, Clear Lake, and The Heights. The role includes on-site and virtual supervision, IV therapy, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold an active NP license with board certification (AANP/ANCC), BLS, and ambulatory infusion experience, and will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license; RN license if required by state.
• Board certification: AANP or ANCC.
• BLS certification; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient clinic is a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions.
• Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records in EHR.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations: inventory, prior authorizations, regulatory adherence.
