Qualifications

• Proven track record in data analysis, BI, or management consulting with quantitative solutions.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker and data visualization principles.
• High proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets; Python or R for advanced analytics preferred.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and cloud databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Excellent presentation and communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional project teams, operational leaders, and external stakeholders to design metrics, build interactive dashboards, and deliver data-driven solutions that optimize business performance.
You will act as both a technical data expert and a strategic advisor, helping transform raw data into clear, compelling narratives that guide executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Data Strategy & Consulting: Partner with key stakeholders to identify business challenges, define KPIs, and design tailored analytical frameworks and measurement strategies.
• Dashboard & Report Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reporting suites using modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
• Data Modeling & Analysis: Perform complex quantitative analyses, trend modeling, and ad-hoc statistical data exploration using SQL, Python, or R.
• Stakeholder Enablement: Translate technical data findings into executive-ready presentations and conduct user training to promote data literacy across the organization.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection, improve data governance, and maintain high standards for data accuracy.
