Key responsibilities include managing on-site therapy operations, delivering OTA services, and serving as the primary liaison with corporate partners and the executive team.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in Illinois.
• 3-5+ years clinical experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-level or high-volume therapy programs.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site therapy operations and client experience.
• Provide exceptional OTA services.
• Serve as primary liaison with corporate partners and executive team.
• Oversee scheduling, quality standards, and program performance.
