Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Software Engineer - Over-the-Air (OTA) Updates to lead the development of scalable remote software update systems for millions of devices. You will design secure delivery pipelines, cloud-native OTA infrastructure, and robust package management across diverse device ecosystems.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in distributed systems with strong C++ and Go skills, and experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and containerization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of distributed systems development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and Go.
• Experience building scalable cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable OTA update platforms for large fleets.
• Architect secure update delivery pipelines with signing and encryption.
• Build cloud-based OTA infrastructure using microservices and containers.
• Develop versatile package management for versioning and distribution.
• Create CDNs optimized for fast, reliable updates globally.
