Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Transformation Security Manager in California to lead OT security engagements across critical infrastructure and industrial environments.

You will research and report on OT cyber threats, collaborate with Industry Intelligence teams, and provide briefings to senior stakeholders. Travel may be required; the role demands deep analytical skills and mature security program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years total).
• Minimum 10 years of experience analyzing, producing, and briefing operational/strategic cybersecurity threat intelligence.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with OT networks, systems, assets, devices, and security solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with industrial organizations on cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and/or mission-critical environments.
• Research, analyze, and report on OT cyber threats, TTPs, and geopolitical motivations.
• Provide OT-focused briefings to senior internal and external audiences as requested by leadership.
• Collaborate with Industry Intelligence and Analysis teams to produce finished cyber intelligence products.
