Jefferson’s Occupational Therapy department is seeking an OT Student Aide to help prepare patients and the environment for treatments and to assist therapists under supervision.

Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, supporting therapists during procedures, and keeping the therapy space clean and organized. This is a temporary, on-site role at 60 Township Line Road, Elkins Park, PA, with benefits described.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an OT program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patient-care related experience preferred.
• BLS and CPR certification through the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing patients and equipment for occupational therapy sessions.
• Support therapists during treatment procedures as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy environment.
