Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) licensed or in the process to become licensed in CA to work in SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule and responsibilities including applying the organization’s vision and critical goals into daily performance.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year OT experience in SNF/LTC and a CA license (or active licensure process).

• 1 year of recent OT experience in SNF/LTC.
• Currently licensed as OT in CA or in the process to obtain licensure.
