Continuum Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in St. Louis, MO.

This role focuses on delivering evidence-based occupational therapy to residents, developing rehab programs, and contributing to a supportive clinical team. Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• AOTA-recognized OT degree.
• NBCOT OTR designation (if state mandated).

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Provides consultation to patients and their families and other care providers.
• Supervise OT Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel per licensure requirements.
