Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. An Occupational Therapist licensed in Florida will provide skilled OT services within SNFs, helping residents regain function and independence.

The role is PRN with flexible scheduling, and offers a supportive leadership team, modern rehab gyms, and opportunities to work with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Active Florida OT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled OT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
