Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex and challenging cases with person-centred care.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to staff and students.
• Lead on assessments, interventions, and case management duties.
• Represent the service in case conferences and safeguarding meetings.
• Deliver expertise in major adaptations and equipment provision.
• Uphold professional standards and lead practice development.
• Collaborate with health, social care, and community partners.
• Promote strengths-based approaches and personalise support.
• Participate in the OT duty rota and support service development.
