American Senior Communities in the Greater Elkhart Area seeks an Occupational Therapist to build meaningful relationships with residents and apply clinical skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being.

This full-time role includes a structured 9-month mentorship program and a $52/hour wage plus a $10,000 incentive. We offer growth through leadership pathways and a supportive team culture.

Formación

• Indiana licensed Occupational Therapist required.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric care and commitment to senior care excellence.
