Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced OT Transformation Security Specialist to join Accenture Security. The role focuses on leading OT security engagements, researching threats to OT ecosystems, and delivering strategic and operational cyber intelligence across critical industries.

You will collaborate with Industry Intelligence teams, analyze threat actors targeting OT, and apply best-practice solutions to improve clients’ security postures in fast-paced, agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing, producing, and briefing operational and/or strategic cybersecurity threat intelligence products.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with OT networks, systems, assets, devices, and security solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of Operational Technology (OT) and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with industrial technologies and environments, including Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and related industrial automation technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with OT/ICS architectures, industrial communication protocols, and IT/OT convergence.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT security engagements in critical infrastructure environments.
• Research, analyze, and report on OT cyber threats across industries.
• Collaborate with Industry Intelligence teams to produce OT-focused intelligence products.
• Help craft right-sized OT security solutions based on industry best practices.
