Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced OT Transformation Security Manager to lead security engagements in critical infrastructure. The role focuses on researching OT threat landscapes, developing strategic and tactical intelligence, and delivering briefings to executives. Travel may be required.

The candidate will engage with Industry Intelligence teams, drive conformance to frameworks, and help clients enhance OT security postures across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 12 years work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience analyzing, producing, and briefing operational/threat intelligence products.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with OT networks, systems, assets, devices, and security solutions.
• Minimum 3 years with industrial organizations on cybersecurity solutions.

• Lead OT security engagements in critical infrastructure or mission-critical environments.
• Research, analyze, and report on OT cyber threats across industries.
• Provide OT-focused briefings to senior internal and external audiences.
