Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced OT Security Platform Engineer / Technical Lead to own and operate the Dragos security monitoring platform across a global manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires platform health, sensor management, detection tuning, OT security triage, site onboarding, and network segmentation support.

Competenze

• 7+ years of OT/ICS Security or related infrastructure security experience.
• Hands-on experience operating Dragos Platform or similar OT monitoring tools in production.
• Strong networking knowledge: VLANs, SPAN/TAP, passive monitoring, routing, switching, firewalls, traffic flows, network segmentation.
• Solid understanding of ICS/OT environments, Purdue model, zones and conduits, safety and availability needs.
• Experience triaging OT detections and providing context to SOC/TDR/IR teams.
• Experience with OT network segmentation, sensor deployment, SIEM integration, and detection routing is desirable.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for incident tracking.
• Experience leading a small technical MSP/managed services delivery team.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (life sciences/pharma/medical devices) is preferred.
• Certifications or training in Dragos, GICSP, GRID, GCIA, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP are preferred.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day operations of the Dragos Platform including sensors, SiteStore, OT Watch, health, upgrades, and data quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot unhealthy or offline sensors and coordinate issues with Dragos support and network teams.
• Validate sensor placement, SPAN/TAP coverage, and passive network visibility across industrial environments.
• Triages OT security findings, validates affected assets, and escalates events to the Threat Detection & Response team.
• Tune detections to improve fidelity and ensure critical findings reach enterprise security teams.
• Support SIEM integration, detection forwarding, escalation workflows, and OT-specific investigations.
• Deploy and validate Dragos sensors for new sites and manage secure decommissioning when facilities close or divest.
• Support OT network segmentation initiatives by analyzing traffic and planning sensor placement.
• Coordinate daily activities of managed services resources and act as the technical lead for OT Security leadership.
• Maintain runbooks, transition plans, escalation matrices, status reports, scorecards, service metrics, and knowledge-transfer docs.
