Job summary

Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced OT Security Architect with hands-on OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise in industrial environments. You will deploy security tools, design segmentation, and align with ISA/IEC 62443 standards across multiple manufacturing sites.

The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity/IT with at least 4 years in OT/ICS, onsite in Newark, DE, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network, or infrastructure engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on OT/ICS cybersecurity experience.
• Experience deploying OT security solutions in live production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Purdue Model, network segmentation, firewalls, VLANs, and OT security.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, Profinet, and OPC-UA.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, NDR, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage OT security tools, including endpoint protection, intrusion prevention, asset discovery, and secure remote access.
• Design and implement OT network security and segmentation.
• Work with Purdue Model and ISA/IEC 62443 security standards.
• Manage OT asset discovery, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
• Implement PLC/HMI backup, recovery, and security solutions.

• Support OT incident response and security improvements across manufacturing sites.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Newark, Delaware.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Flexibility to support off-hours maintenance activities.
