Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled rehab services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. You will assess patients, develop treatment and discharge plans, and deliver therapy to improve independence in daily living skills.

The role is an in-office, Winston Salem position requiring completion of an accredited OT program and an active state OT license (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
