Job summary

Pride-Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled OT services in Meridian, MS, following state and facility guidelines. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to promote independence in daily living activities.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document accurately, and supervise COTAs as required. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and compassionate care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders/referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
