Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an OT Project Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of utility infrastructure projects. You will serve as the liaison between OT, Telecommunications, SCADA/EMS, Network, and Engineering teams to ensure critical information is communicated, tracked, and delivered on time.

This role requires 3–5+ years in engineering or technical project management, plus familiarity with power systems and substation projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in engineering, project coordination, utility operations, or technical project management.
• Familiarity with SCADA, EMS, telecommunications, networking, substations, or transmission and distribution projects.
• Experience in the electric utility, energy, power systems, or industrial automation industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and activities across OT, Telecom, SCADA/EMS, Network, and Engineering teams.
• Attend project meetings, document action items, and track deliverables through completion.
• Maintain project schedules, status updates, and tracking tools to ensure milestones are met.
• Gather and distribute technical information needed by various project stakeholders.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, risks, and potential project delays.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
• Support transmission, generation, distribution, substation, and renewable energy projects by keeping teams aligned and informed.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for OT-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.

This individual will serve as the liaison between Operational Technology (OT), Telecommunications, SCADA/EMS, Network, and Engineering teams, ensuring critical project information is communicated, tracked, and delivered on time. The pay rate for this role ranges from $45 - $60 an hour based on years of experience.
