Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN to support residents in a skilled nursing setting in Doylestown, OH. You will help residents regain independence and improve day-to-day function.

You will evaluate residents, develop individualized therapy plans, deliver interventions, document progress, and collaborate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care. Ohio licensure (or eligibility) is required, with a focus on resident-centered standards.
