Job summary

Sierra Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis in Colorado. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver OT services to residents in a post-acute setting.

The ideal candidate holds a current CO OT license and has experience in post-acute or SNF environments. We offer competitive pay, full-time benefits for staff, and a collaborative work culture; PRN flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• PRN shift availability and flexibility are desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services as part of an inter-disciplinary team for residents.
• Assess, plan, and implement OT interventions to improve daily living activities and functional outcomes.
