Job summary

EY is seeking a Platform Integration Engineer – OT to support operational integration, readiness, control/evidence follow-through, documentation completion, platform onboarding validation, and stabilization for OT environments. This operations-facing role coordinates across engineering, cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams to close readiness gaps and ensure audit-ready processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in infrastructure, cybersecurity, OT, or platform integration roles.
• Experience with operational readiness, service transitions, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Knowledge of OT environments, site infrastructure, segmentation, and monitoring.
• Ability to coordinate across architecture, cybersecurity, operations, vendor, and site teams.
• Strong documentation, tracking, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Validate OT environments are ready and supportable after implementation or transition.
• Track and coordinate closure of readiness findings and open items.
• Align transitioned assets and monitoring with the operating model.
• Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, site, vendor, and operations teams for remediation.
• Collect, organize, and maintain control evidence and readiness artifacts.
• Close remediation actions and document exceptions and gaps.
• Work with stakeholders to obtain missing information for control reviews.
• Ensure monitoring coverage and escalation expectations are documented.
• Complete runbooks, support notes, diagrams, and connectivity information.
• Identify documentation gaps affecting audit readiness.
• Reconile as-built information with operational records.
• Ensure updates are reflected in repositories.
