Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC in Maryland seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our SNF/Long-Term Care team on a per diem basis. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to impact patient outcomes daily.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
