Job summary
ARMStaffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an outpatient/acute care/LTC assignment in Seward, AK. This 13-week contract offers the chance to deliver comprehensive therapy services across settings, with focus on evaluation, treatment planning, and patient progress.
Required: minimum 1 year OT experience, NBCOT, BLS, and active Alaska OT license; and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. ARMStaffing provides benefits, onboarding support, and travel housing assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- NBCOT certification is required and active Alaska OT licensure.
- BLS certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote patient progress.
- Document patient progress and modify treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
