Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. in Folsom, CA seeks a State Board Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Team. The role supports on-call, weekend or part-time schedules with full-time option. You will plan and conduct OT programs, evaluate patients, and collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and conduct occupational therapy programs
• Test and evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for patients.
• Consult with rehabilitation team to select activity programs and coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities

Skills & Requirements
