Job summary
Cepheid, a Danaher operating company based in California, is hiring an Associate Engineer for Operational Technology to support OT network infrastructure across manufacturing and lab environments. You will collaborate with Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, and site operations teams, with an on-site role located in Lodi, CA.
You will help deploy, monitor, and secure OT networks, document configurations, and contribute to continuous improvement within the NetDevOps team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 0–3 years of experience supporting enterprise or OT networks.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, wireless, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices for OT environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of OT network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and laboratory network issues.
- Assist with OT cybersecurity and network segmentation initiatives.
- Maintain network documentation and monitoring tools.
- Support automation and continuous improvement within NetDevOps.
