Job summary

Relient Health in Mitchell, SD is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans while delivering therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.

You'll document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. New grads are welcomed; competitive pay approx $48-52/hr, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and relocation/sign-on may be included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current SD license (or eligibility).
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
