Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients and develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA‑accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date
